Your data and your account
In short
Your data stays yours. It's hosted in Canada, never sold, and can be exported or deleted. Acteurly follows Québec's Law 25 and PIPEDA, and the main principles of Europe's GDPR.
What it does
- Hosting in Canada for your account data.
- Read-only access to your connected tools, encrypted tokens.
- Only the text needed for an analysis is sent to our AI provider (Mistral, in Europe).
- De-identified, aggregated statistics only, to improve recommendations.
- Report export as CSV, account deletion from My account.

More → Data sources. The data received is deleted.

Access, correction or deletion: use the contact form, topic "Understand how my data is protected". Reply within 30 days.

- Don't import your customers' personal information without the right to.
- Avoid typing passwords or confidential data in the chat.
Frequently asked questions
Is my data used to train AI?
Not to train general AI models. Only de-identified, aggregated statistics help improve our recommendations, and never data from Google or Meta.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your profile, businesses and data are deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
