The Acteurly product guide
Every Acteurly feature explained simply: what it's for, how to use it in a few steps, and which plan includes it.
Included in Free
The marketing diagnostic
The diagnostic takes stock of your online presence in one minute: what works, what holds your results back and which improvements to prioritize. Your business name or website is all it needs.
Aly, your marketing agent
Aly is Acteurly's marketing agent. She answers your questions with your business's context: your offer, your customers, your results, your budget and the time you have.
Reports
Reports bring your results together in one place: your indicators, what changed since your start, your website, Google and your social media. Numbers are computed by code from your data, never guessed.
Connecting your tools
Acteurly reads your real results by connecting to your tools, read-only. Publishing is a separate permission you give account by account; nothing is changed in your accounts, and you can disconnect a source at any time.
Visibility on Google and in AI
The "SEO and visibility" page (Results menu) shows what future customers find when they search for what you offer, without typing your name: on Google and Bing, in AI answers and in local search, one tab at a time.
Social media
The "Social media" page shows your real posts and their results, then what Aly takes from them: which formats work, when to post and what to post next.
Alerts and the Monday summary
Alerts tell you when something really changes in your results; the Monday summary emails you the week's essentials at 8 a.m.
Context and voice, brand kit
The brand kit puts your logo and colors in Acteurly; "Context and voice" gathers what Aly knows about your business and how it talks about it. Aly proposes, you approve, and you can remove any line.
Your data and your account
Your data stays yours. It's hosted in Canada, never sold, and can be exported or deleted. Acteurly follows Québec's Law 25 and PIPEDA, and the main principles of Europe's GDPR.
Included in Essential
The action plan
The action plan turns the analysis into 3 to 5 concrete actions, ranked by impact and spread across this week, this month and this quarter. Each action fits your budget and the time you have.
The 4 analyses
The 4 analyses answer the questions that decide your marketing: why choose you, what customers value, what they're looking for and where to reach them. Every finding is backed by sources.
Meetings: prepare a sales meeting, learn from the debrief
Before a sales meeting, Aly reads the prospect's website and your notes, and prepares a one-page brief with your real proof points. After it, a one-minute debrief teaches her what convinces and what blocks, and your marketing uses it.
