Connecting your tools
Acteurly reads your real results by connecting to your tools, read-only. Publishing is a separate permission you give account by account; nothing is changed in your accounts, and you can disconnect a source at any time.
What it does
- Google Search Console: the searches that show your site, clicks and position.
- Google Analytics 4: visits, page views and key events (forms, calls).
- Instagram and Facebook: posts, reach, engagement and followers.
- Google reviews: your rating and recent reviews, from your business listing.
- LinkedIn: your personal profile, to publish what you approve (no reading).
- Files: campaign CSV exports and documents (PDF, Word, text) for Aly's context.
How to use it
- 1
Open the sources
More → Data sources, in your business (not in the demo).
- 2
Click "Connect"
Google or Meta asks you to allow read-only access. While the app is being verified, Google may show a warning: click "Advanced" then "Go to acteurly".
- 3
Choose your properties
Your Search Console property and your Analytics property, or your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
- 4
Let the sync work
Data arrives within a minute, then updates every day.
Tips
- Access tokens are encrypted, and data from your tools is never used to train general AI models.
- Disconnecting a source also deletes the data received.
Frequently asked questions
Are connections free?
Yes, they're part of every plan, the Free plan included.
Can Acteurly post on my social media?
Only if you allow it ("Allow publishing" on your Meta connection, or LinkedIn), and only what you approve, post by post. A Facebook or LinkedIn post can be undone from Acteurly.
How do I connect Mailchimp or Brevo?
Mailchimp: "Connect", then allow Acteurly in Mailchimp. Brevo: in Brevo, Settings → SMTP & API → API keys, create a key with the Email campaigns and Contacts permissions and paste it in Acteurly. Brevo blocks connections from unknown addresses by default: in Settings → Security → Authorised IPs, turn blocking off, or the key is refused. Either way, Aly only creates drafts: you send them.
