Reports
Reports bring your results together in one place: your indicators, what changed since your start, your website, Google and your social media. Numbers are computed by code from your data, never guessed.
What it does
- My indicators: 3 to 6 numbers to follow, proposed by Aly for your business, each with a target and a date; you can add one by hand (signed contracts, calls received).
- Since you started with Acteurly: the 4 weeks before compared with the latest weeks, for leads, visits, Google clicks, followers and reach.
- What was done, and what wasn't: plan actions done, under way or never started, Aly's published work, texts ready but not live.
- Your website and Google: clicks, searches, visits, key actions, and pages and forms (time spent, scrolling, forms started then sent) with Aly's tips.
- The report to share: a clean page with your logo and colours, to download as a PDF, copy as a summary or export as CSV.
How to use it
- 1
Connect your tools
Business → Data sources. Reports fill in with the daily syncs.
- 2
Choose your indicators
Reports → Overview → "Choose my indicators". Keep Aly's proposal or build your own, then adjust each target and its date.
- 3
Read the before / after
The "Since you started" table compares weekly averages, so a short week never looks like a drop.
- 4
Share
"Report to share", then "Download as PDF" or "Copy the summary". Untick "Include what wasn't done" for a version meant for your associates.
Tips
- Only complete weeks are compared, to avoid false drops.
- The numbers from before your start are kept the first day they exist: Google only offers 13 weeks of history.
- Data synced from Google never inflates your campaign totals.
Frequently asked questions
Are reports included in the Free plan?
The before / after since your start, yes, from your connected tools. The indicators with targets and the report to share are part of the paid plans.
Can I import my campaigns?
Yes, with a CSV export from Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, LinkedIn or a spreadsheet. Acteurly detects the columns.
Why does "Pages and forms" show no form?
In Google Analytics, turn on "Form interactions" (Admin → Data streams → Enhanced measurement). Forms embedded from another tool (HubSpot, Typeform) aren't seen.
